Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

Before you reschedule, cancel or possibly even 'no show' for your session, please know you are coming for a professional shoot. Private studio time has been reserved for you, a professional makeup artist, a professional photographer and producer are all here just for you. When you book your shoot, everyone is set up for you and the time reserved is no longer offered to anyone else. We ask for a minimum of 10 days' notice of cancellation/rescheduling and the fees associated are listed below. 

In accordance with our cancellation and no show policy, credit card information will be required at the time of booking.
 

IMPORTANT

Sessions rescheduled or cancelled with less than 10 days notice prior to the shoot are subject to a $295.00 reschedule/cancellation fee.  Sessions rescheduled or cancelled with less than 3 days notice prior to the shoot are subject to both a $295.00 fee and forfeiture of the session fee/certificate.

Weekend Cancellations ...  If you have been fortunate enough to obtain a weekend session, you are among the lucky few.

As a result, weekend sessions rescheduled with 7-10 days' notice are only able to reschedule on a weekday.
