Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
Before you reschedule, cancel or possibly even 'no show' for your session, please know you are coming for a professional shoot. We only reserve time for one client/session per day. Your professionals are reserved just for you & time is invested in you the moment you contact us to book your shoot. When you reserve your session, everyone is set up just for you; sometimes a professional makeup artist, and the time reserved is no longer offered to anyone else. We ask for a minimum of 10 days' notice of cancellation/rescheduling and the fees associated are listed below.

IMPORTANT
Sessions rescheduled or cancelled with less than 10 days' notice prior to the shoot are subject to a $295.00 reschedule/cancellation fee. Sessions rescheduled or cancelled with less than 3 days' notice prior to the shoot are subject to both a $295.00 fee and forfeiture of the session fee/certificate. If you have pre-purchased a package directly, you can apply your cancellation fee towards additional images/product at the end of your shoot.

Weekend Cancellations ... If you have been fortunate enough to obtain a weekend session, you are among the lucky few.
As a result, weekend sessions rescheduled with 7-10 days' notice are only able to reschedule on a weekday.
