Booking your Photo Session ~ Step by Step

1) How to Book Your Shoot
Reserving time for your shoot is easy! Simply complete the session reservation form or email us directly.
You can also contact us via txt message @ 425-577-1104.

We reserve time for studio sessions Monday-Saturday and we will bring the team in on a Sunday to accommodate scheduling needs. If you have a specific date that you need your images back by, be sure to include that information.
All sessions are private, and the entire studio studio, photographer, producer and makeup artist are reserved just for you!

2) Session Voucher
A valid session voucher is required at the time of booking to reserve the session time. Vouchers can be purchased through the studio directly, or through Groupon/Living Social.

3) Session Information/Instructions
Once the session time has been reserved, you will receive all session information/instructions needed for your shoot.
The session information includes how the session works, a recap of what's included with the basic session fee, package options/pricing for the images/product from your shoot, outfit ideas and helpful tips for your shoot.

4) Session Confirmation
A few days prior to your reserved session, a reminder confirmation email will be sent to you with additional information on where to go and what to do once you have arrived for your shoot.
5) It's Your Shoot Day!
Please be sure to arrive at your reserved session time. Make sure you have your outfits, heels, accessories or any specific props that you would like to incorporate in your shoot. Every shoot is geared for each individual client. Prior to starting your session we will go over how the session works, go through your outfits and discuss any ideas you may have for your shoot. Worried about posing? Don't be! you will be guided throughout the entire shoot ... how to pose, how to turn, where to put your hands and even how to breathe. You will be lit and posed specifically for you and your body.

Nervous. . . Anxious?
Take a deep breath and relax! For our boudoir sessions, this can be a once in a lifetime experience. We do everything possible to make sure you are prepared, relaxed and comfortable before you even start your shoot. It's completely normal to be nervous and have butterflies, but all will go away within the first 5-10 minutes of your session. Here's why. . . throughout your session, Jeph will stop to review the images on camera. Any images that either you are not thrilled with are discarded so that by the time your session is completed, only the images you love are left on the camera. A typical 2hr boudoir session will produce a minimum of 65-80 'amazing' images aka 'keepers'. Remember, Jeph is a professional and has the experience of over 15 years and 16,000 sessions, so you can expect to be amazed at the results even prior to editing! The goal is for you to love the experience the final product.
5) After the Shoot
Whew! You survived! Now that the session is complete, you will be able to re-review your images on camera. Package selection and purchases are taken care of at the end of the shoot. Our packages determine how your images are processed. All of our packages for the images/product are 100% satisfaction guaranteed.
6) Preview Images
24 hours following your shoot, you will receive a minimum of 6 preview images. These are fully retouched images and sent to you via email. We know how excited you are to view retouched images from your shoot. Your preview images will be a great representation from your session.
7) Online Viewing Gallery
2-3 weeks following your session, you will receive a link to your private, password protected online viewing gallery. Your gallery will include the retouched images from your session. Here you will be able to view your retouched images and order prints at the wholesale pricing level. The online galleries are hosted by the commercial print company we use. The galleries are private and not associated with our website. Only you will receive the private link to your gallery of images.

8) Books, Prints and Custom Artwork
High resolution digitals, custom books and custom artwork are all separate from the online viewing gallery. Separate instructions on how to obtain your purchased products will be sent to you after you have received your online viewing gallery.
